Can't resist eating those sweet cookies on the table..OOOH wait! I'm on a diet! HEHE!
I know how hard it's when every1 is tasting them but u:P.. OK, those tips helped me, and I hope
they'll help u too!!
1) Put a BIIIGGG poster of ur ideal weight and body shape model on the door of ur room
or on the fridge:) Whenever u giveup, this poster will give u hope!
2) Remember, no1 was born thin, and remain in this way 4ever even with eating everytime he/she sees
food!
3) "What I've gotta do??!! I'm thirsty, and I can't wait till I die! Get me a cola can with u!"
NO NO! U have water everywhere! Go drink water! Whenever u're thirsty go get water! It's very
good 4 ur health, besides u gotta drink more than 2 litres daily, it gives u refreshment and a fresh look too!
4) "I'm hungry, I'm hungry, I'm hungryyyyyy!! I'm on diet, I'm on diet, how come 2 o'clock is that faaaar!!"
HEHE..2pm is lunch time there:) So, open the fridge, grab an apple, a banana, a pear, a cluster of grapes or whateva!
They're so mush better than a bowl filled with biscuits!
5) Bored? Have ur own made juice! HEHE, make it by urself, make new cocktails! Yea, try new fruits together:)
It's gonna be fun, besides being healthy!
6) Don't think about food! Think about how bad u'll look if u gain extra weight... OK, reached the DEADLINE??
Turn on that {{{{STEREO}}}}, and let everybody home know how talented u r more than any show-maker!
7) Don't starve urself!!!! Always be moderate, and try level by level, don't get up the stairs all together!!
8) Always weigh urself, and keep records of ur improvement, this will encourage u!
9) Do anything, but NEVER EVER feel bored, or disappointed!
