1 piece of toast, yogurt (no fat)
::12 PM::
1 piece of fruit of ur choice
::LUNCH::
Tuna sandwich (one slice of bread, with a spoon of tuna spread on it(no oil), tomato, lettuce, mustard) and a drink
::5 PM::
Tomato juice
::DINNER::
1/2 chicken breast (no skin), moderate plate of boiled vegetables, 1 piece of fruit
700 calories diet!
::BREAKFAST::
1/2 grapefruit, boiled egg, 1 piece of toast, 1 cup of tea or coffee (no sugar)
(Egg and toast can be replaced by 4 big spoons of corn flakes with 1/2 glass of milk (no fat) )
::LUNCH::
Big plate of salad, medium plate of vegetables soup, 60gms of tuna (no oil) OR medium sized piece of cheese (no fat), an orange OR 6 pieces of grapes OR 6 strawberries
::DINNER::
Like lunch + 120gms of fish/meat/chicken
1000 calories diet:)
::BREAKFAST:: (300 CALORIES)
1 cup of tea/ coffee, 1/4 glass of milk (no fat), 1/4 of a piece of brown bread/ 1 piece of toast, boiled egg, piece of cheese (no fat), 1/2 grapefruit/ 2 tomatoes
::LUNCH:: (600 CALORIES)
1/4 brown bread/ 3 spoons of rice/ 4 spoons of macaroni (pasta)/ boiled potatoes, a plate of salad with lemon, medium sized plate of vegetables (okra/ peas/ beans), 15gms of meat (boiled or grilled)/ 1/4kg grilled fish/ 1/4 chicken (boiled or grilled)(no skin)/ lentile soup/ 2 omelette eggs with a small piece of butter, 1 piece of fruit
::DINNER:: (300 CALORIES)
yogurt (no fat), green salad, grapefruit juice/ an orange, 1 tea spoon of honey
